Individual will further develop problem solving capabilities with SWS plants and support high impact CIS projects. It is expected that these activities will result in improved process capability and First Time Through (FTT) and global read across of lessons learned.
Individual will also take a lead in resolving major product performance issues within Steering Wheel plants globally where fast, effective root cause analysis is critical.
Qualifications:
Signficant experience in problem solving and proven application of statistical problem solving (Shainin Red X) for operations improvement. Ability to diagnose and root-cause technical and process issues. Experience required is 5 to 6 years. Proficiency in Excel (especially with advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables). Must have strong analytical and problem solving sills.
Candidate must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization and must be able to provide clear and concise summaries status on an on-going basis.
